The Man In Charge

Ryan Orion is young, ambitious, and desperate to prove himself. He works for a big-time land developer and has been sent to a rundown trailer park with a simple mandate: buy low and move fast. To him, it looks like easy money – busted trailers, broke residents, no real resistance.

After striking out going door to door, Ryan takes a break near the park's public john, to focus and come up with a plan, when he notices River North — a brand new face. Scruffy, laidback, muscular, and dumb. Exactly the kind of guy Ryan assumes he can handle, and maybe he can point him towards the man in charge!

River, meanwhile, is clocking Ryan just as carefully. He's the head of the HOA, street-smart, and fully aware of what the park's land is worth. He lets Ryan underestimate him, lets him stand a little too close, plays it off, lets the pitch run long, all while stroking his thick cut cock. There's a charge there — part negotiation, part curiosity, part quiet power play.
